Because most items are made to order, returns are limited. We still want you to be happy with your print.
Custom and personalized items
Personalized lithophanes, name prints, and custom designs generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what we agreed in your order chat.
Defects and damage
If you receive a broken or clearly defective print, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos. After review, we may offer a reprint, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before printing starts. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and a partial charge may apply for materials and labour.
How to request help
Open your order in Account → Order history and use the order chat, or contact us via the Contact page. Include your order ID and clear photos where relevant.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment method (e.g. UPI) within 5–10 business days where possible.
