Processing time
After your design is confirmed and payment is received, we typically prepare your order within 3–7 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer — we'll tell you in chat.
Free shipping
Free shipping applies on orders ₹999 and above, as shown on our site and promotional banners. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee may apply at checkout or in your order summary.
Couriers and tracking
We use trusted courier partners. Tracking details are shared in your account order chat once the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery areas
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is remote, delivery may take extra time or require a revised quote.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and product. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
