Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Custom work may require confirmation of design, size, and material before printing begins. We may decline orders that violate law or our content guidelines.
Custom content
You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos, or designs you submit. We are not responsible for third-party intellectual property you provide without permission.
Production and delivery
Print times are estimates. Complex or high-volume orders may take longer. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
Payments
Payment instructions are shared in your order chat (e.g. UPI). An order moves to production after payment is confirmed by our team unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
